Construction Update – December 22, 2016

Pictured above, left to right are three of our indespensible construction volunteers: Kathlyn Gray, Richard Weber and Lee Ellis.

New construction volunteer Richard Weber helped Michael prepare for final inspection at the ReStore House rehab at Ivy Lane last week. In the picture above Richard is cutting hurricane protection. Now that Ivy Lane is complete we have been able to focus on the access ramp at 5 Inwood Court. Our construction crews will continue to work on the ramp tomorrow and next Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Please be sure to email michael@lowcountryhabitat.org, to let Michael know when you plan to work, especially next week, so that he can plan accordingly.

For the first week in January, we ask construction volunteers to check their email for next Thursday’s construction update.

We will be hosting 10 Collegiate Challenge students from Case Western Reserve University during the week of January 9th. We are giving our construction volunteers a much needed break during that time.

LowCountry Habitat thanks all our faithful volunteers for your contributions of time and talent. Volunteers like you help to make dreams of homeownership a reality for our Family Partners.
