makes a difference

This week, our wonderful construction volunteers have been painting and installing cabinets at the Brays Island House. Pictured above are family partner Brandi Hussmann (center,) her sweat equity partner Theresa Senese and volunteer William Hohmeier. There was no construction today as we kicked off the 25th Anniversary House Build at Greene Street, which is to become Brandi’s home.
Work will continue on the Brays Island House build, at 2216 Trask Parkway on Saturday. We will be painting and installing interior trim. All oriented volunteers and family partners are asked to check their schedule and join in the fun on Saturday, between 8 am and 2 pm, with a 15 minute break. (Please bring a snack.) Next TuesdayWednesday, and Thursday, construction hours are 8 am until noon. Please remember to email Michael Perry, construction manager, at michael@lowcountryhabitat.org so that he can plan accordingly.
Thank you!
