Dataw 2 Home Build Location   2521 Mossy Oaks Road, Beaufort, SC 29902

This home is possible due to the generosity of the residents of the Dataw Island Community, Dataw Island and the continued support from our partners.

Meet the Sawyer Family. 

The Sawyer Family:  Rod & Tymeca Sawyer
with children Jaydon, Neriah, Grace & Malchiel

They will become the homeowners of the Dataw 2 Home.

Additional supporters of this build include Dataw Island, Publix Super Market Charities, The Beaufort Charities,  Coastal Community Foundation, Hargray Caring Coins, The Junior Service League of Beaufort and United Way of the Lowcountry.

Special thanks are also extended to the City of Beaufort for the generous donation of the land  for this home.

Saturday, November 10,2018 at noon, LowCountry Habitat hosted the Home Site Dedication for the Dataw 2 Home Build.

 

Congratulations to the Sawyer family and all our supporters as we move into the construction phase on this project.

Meet Bill & Bobbi Weber.  In addition to being the Dataw 2 Fund Drive Chairs, Bill & Bobbi are also part of our Wednesday Dataw Volunteer crew.  Working on the build site every week.

They have been a driving force in making the  Dataw 2 Home a reality.

On Saturday, March 9th, we raised the walls for the Dataw 2 build which will become the home of the Sawyer Family. Thanks to all that came out to help including our special guests: Ted Bartlett, Mayor Billy Keyserling, Bill Prokop, and Phil Cromer.

 

This build would not be possible without the continued support of our community.
