We’re Back!

Our fantastic Donations Ambassadors, Francis and Bob can’t wait to see you all again!

Welcome Back!

The LowCountry Habitat for Humanity ReStore is pleased to announce the Phase 1 reopening of the store on Tuesday, May 26th. The store will be open to shoppers from Thursday June 11th, with new store hours: 10 am to 4 pm. Thank you so much for saving your donations for us! We are now accepting requests for Donation Pick-Ups.  We are also able to accept Donation Drop-Offs, on a limited schedule.  We will be operating a little differently than before so please take a moment to read about the changes we’ve made as we do our best to keep everyone safe.

Thank you for your continued support!

Our New Normal

For an enjoyable ReStore experience, safety protocols are in place for the protection of our shoppers, donors and staff.

  • We ask that you wear a mask
  • Follow the one way flow and observe social distancing protocol
  • Leave food and drink in your vehicle
  • Hand washing stations are available, but restrooms are closed
  • The number of customers allowed in the ReStore at one time will be limited and monitored
  • We ask that customers “shop with a purpose” and not linger in the stores for extended periods
  • Carts, counters, payment processors, and other frequently touched areas will be cleaned frequently
  • PPE will be worn by employees at all times when interacting with customers
  • Payment by Credit/debit card is encouraged
  • Donations of gently used items will be accepted and cleaned according to CDC guidelines
  • Upholstered and other soft goods (like outdoor cushions) will be quarantined for 72 hours before being moved to sales floor
  • Hard surface merchandise will be cleaned thoroughly before being moved to sales floor
  • New Store Hours: Thursday – Saturday 10 AM – 4 PM
  • Bring help! Purchases need to be taken the same day as sale and we are not able to assist in moving and loading if social distancing can not be maintained

  • To schedule a Donation Pick-Up, call 843-525-0055 or sign up online here
  • Donations will go through a pre-qualification process
  • Donations need to be left on your porch, curbside, or in your garage. We are not able to enter your house at this time

  • Donation Drop-Off is available on Tuesdays & Wednesdays between 9 am and 3 pm, only
  • Drive to the Donation Drop-Off area at the side of the store
  • Call us on 843-525-0055, and an employee will be with you as soon as possible
  • Donations will go through a pre-qualification process
  • For your safety, and to comply with CDC guidelines, we ask that you unload your donations from your vehicle and place as requested by our staff

We thank you for your patience as we navigate these unique times.

Welcome Back!
