Administrative Assistant and Volunteer Coordinator
We are looking for an energetic professional to join our team. This position is based at our Lady’s Island office. The successful candidate will be extremely well-organized and able to handle day-to-day operations and daily work assignments.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate for this position must:
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess strong computer skills; working experience with Microsoft Office Professional products essential. Prior experience with database entry, bookkeeping, events, website maintenance helpful. Experience with WordPress a plus
- Demonstrate proven organizational skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and willingness to be a team player
- Possess the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, volunteers and general public
- Position calls for a 40 hour, 5-day work week including occasional evenings and weekends
