For the past 26 years, friends such as yourselves have gathered annually to participate in the Hilton Head Regional Habitat for Humanity Golf Tournament. Each year, 100% of the proceeds goes towards building a home for a family in need. Because of your generosity, together, we have built 12 houses.
As you probably know, we have merged with the Beaufort affiliate to form Habitat for Humanity of the Lowcountry. By combining forces, we now can better serve all citizens of Beaufort and Jasper counties, efficiently and effectively. We look forward to welcoming our friends from North of the Broad to our tournament.
This year, as Habitat for Humanity of Lowcountry, we begin to raise funds for the 13th Golf Tournament supported home. In addition, this home will be named the Larry Sanders home, in honor of all the work he has done over the years in making this tournament successful.
This year’s tournament will be held on Monday, September 25, at Oldfield. As we’ve done most of our 26 years, we expect to fill the team rosters very quickly. We’re counting on your participation as a sponsor or player for this year’s tournament to keep addressing the need for housing that hardworking families can afford.
