Electrical and Electrical Fixtures
Accept electrical parts, lights, wire and hardware associated with electrical wiring
Preferably separated by type and style
Light fixtures must be in working order
Bedding
Bed frames in good condition and not rusty
New or slightly used bed linens with no stains
Plumbing Fixtures
Must be clean and in good working order
No rust, no cracks, no chips, no stains
NO toilets
Doors and Windows
Must be in good condition, no holes, glass intact
Must not have rot, cracks or separating
Doors must be under 8 ft in height
Windows must be complete units with all sashes
Metal and wood screens in good condition only
No sliding glass doors
Furniture
Must be free of rips, tears and stains
Must be in overall good condition and need no repair
Appliances and Electronics
Must be clean and in 100% working condition
Must have all knobs, trays, burners, shelves, trays, etc.
Generally must be 5 years old or newer
Refrigerators 10-12 years old or newer
Water Heaters 2-3 years old or newer
Hardware
Accept hardware for doors and cabinets
Must be in good condition and free of rust
Preferably sorted by type or style
Cabinets and Countertops
Only complete cabinets with all doors and drawers
We do not accept detached cabinet doors or drawers
Must be free of rot and in usable condition
NO countertops
Roofing
Shingles must be complete packages
Most roofing materials are accepted on a case by case basis
Miscellaneous Items
Blinds, Drapes, Curtains, Window Treatments
Tile, new and in original box
Books
Art Work
Entertainment Items (CDs, DVDs, VHS Tapes, etc)
Fabric, Sewing Notions, Craft Supplies
Fans – in working condition
Household Items & Housewares (dishes, pots, pans, etc)
Mirrors FRAMED ONLY, no cracks
NO exercise equipment
